A web-based application that gives students and lecturers email reminder on the tasks that they have for the day

Problem / Motivation

The need to deliver a system that lets lecturers and students stay informed and notified about the tasks they have such as Assignments, lectures or even practical

Admin ability to create student and lecturer accounts

Structure / Flow

Admins would create accounts for the lecturers and students and they get automatically assigned their username/matric number as password

After login, the lecturers and students access their dashboard clearly displaying the tasks that they have for the day or the tasks that are due to expire on the specific date

Only lecturers can set a task and they decide whether the task should accept responses or replies

Students have a button next to each task that enables them perform and submit a task

A lecturer can view responses to the tasks

Once a task is created or modified lecturers and students offering the course will receive a notification

Everyday a notification is sent to notify the students and lecturers of the tasks they have for the day
